Through the joint venture with Darby Private Equity, a subsidiary of Franklin Templeton Investments, Servtec founded GDSun, a company focused on the segment of Distributed Generation, primarily through solar generation plants. The business plan contemplates building a portfolio of 200MWp by the end of 2021 in several plants with a power of up to 6.50MWp in different states of the country.

 

The goal is to partner with developers that add not only the project but also long-term contracts for the plant. Some of the partners are: SolarGrid, Solarian, GDSolar, MOVE, GoVerde and Órigo.
